After the installation of RSVME you will need to confirm your registration. RSVME requires that you confirm your registration before you can use our services to assure your security and privacy.
If you create and attempt to send a questionnaire before your account has been confirmed, you will receive an error message similar to the following: ![]() Please open your e-mail and click on the link inside the e-mail message from RSVME Service (with a subject of "RSVME Email Confirmation") to confirm your registration. Once you confirm your registration, you will be able to send questionnaires using RSVME. Please review our Privacy Policy and Spam Policy -------------------- Ralph Smith

I registered but I've received no email for confirmation so I can use the software. How do I get an email sent to my account so I can click the link for confirmation?

You can resend the confirmation e-mail to yourself by clicking the Options button on the main RSVME window, selecing the Account Details tab, then clicking the link to reset your account details. When that window opens, click on the link to have your confirmation resent.
